I was enjoying a very informative tutorial webinar with Thobeka aka Tiran The Goat but lost it at the beginning. I am so disappointed as I have been trying to find the video without success. Can someone please assist.

Not a bad app for trading, but poor customer service been trying to teach them but nothing, even their website is down. I have login issues with my real account, I can log in on my laptop with the MT4 but not on my phone. The demo acc can open on both my laptop and phone pls fix this

Hi All, Don't use octa Fx it's fraud application if you made profit, they not allowing to withdraw your money. So don't go with this fraudulent app.

You should fix your server issues. Being locked out while I'm actively trading is one of the most annoying things on the planet, seriously, it's enough to make me consider other trading platforms.

I love the app but not anymore
Octaux used to be the best to me but not any more, I put 100% of my salary because I trusted them but I was scammed… l made deposit but refused to add it to my wallet even after submitting statements of account. The customer support is crapp ,no response .you will be chatting with robot all day long with zero solution….thank god I found exness trading app…with more lots, more leverage, less minimum deposits…. Please if you want to deposit to any platform. Chat them up first ,,make sure it's real person….octafx is a SCAM……

I used the mt4 platform. I was checking my open trades when somebody called me and I answered the call without closing the octa mt4 app. After several minutes of talking to someone on the phone, I checked my trades again and I was so shocked to see all my open positions where closed in negative. I was very disappointed and felt being scammed by the app's lousy program. Lesson learned: Never answer the call when the octa mt4 app is active, close the app first. So pls beware.
