When I click on 'View bill' I just get a message saying 'No apps can perform this action'. What app is it trying to open. If I knew what is was trying to do I could try and correct the problem.

Forever freezing when trying to send meter readings. Doing my head in. Never had this problem with Shell app. I'm trying to pay my bills for Petes sake.

So many bugs with the app. Can't log out, contact us doesn't work, support function and many others are tempromental. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't! The whole app needs an overhaul.

Absolute useless company. Constant incorrect billing, communication is the worst I've ever seen and the app is less than adequate
