Today I booked a cab ,the driver was speeding at 120kmph(they should have locked the speed at 80 ,I don't know how),and suddenly he slowed down the engine got broke down and the vehicle started to smoke.I was not even half the way but still the app was charging 2/3rd the total price,since I was in a hurry I paid him.After that I reached for support in the app to complaint about the incident and there is a STUPID BOT repeating the same answer for my query.The supportsystem in Ola is very poor

My ride came on time, started on time. However, Application is not showing that the ride has started. Due to which I'm unable to make the payment during the ride and I will have to make a cash payment instead. Your Ola application support is horrendous to say the least, there is no mechanism to register a grievances. All the options in Support are just a way to fool the customers are none allow you to register a complaint. All are faqs.

I have booked an Ola auto on 28th April 2024. At the time of booking, the fare amount was shown as Rs 231 to 237. However, the Ola driver charged me Rs. 370. The fare amount was not updated in my app, and I did not receive any email outlining the ride details. About this issue I have send mail to ola support thrice. But they did not replyed

Why the hell are you charging 50 rupees for cancellation of cabs. What to do if the drivers are demanding extra amount for the ride. You need to charge them fine instead of us. If this continues once again for me i will be going to court with the recording of the driver demanding extra amount. This is not the first time it is happening.

Booked a ride later for 1st may at 3.45 am from my house to bustand and it said will share the driver details 10 minutes before the ride but at 3.40am ride shows cancelled and the history also vanished from the app. I had to disturb my friend at 3.45 am to get a drop because of these bastards, I am giving one star as that is the minimum I can give

Before booking the cab the amount was Rs. 187. After the getting in the cab the amount changed to Rs. 227 and the route was never changed. Also, I have a one plus 9 pro and after downloading the Ola app the phone heated so much that I got a warning message and I was unable to use the phone for 15 mins and this happened for the 1st time ever. I asked the driver about this issue and he said that he too have the same problem so he has to keep the phone near car AC. Terrible experience with Ola.

Ridiculous app. Not possible to reach to customer support. They charge higher than was they show and then refund only if you ask, very bad business practice.

There's off late been too many cancellation from the drivers end also, the drivers despite being near the pick up location keeps on roaming the surrounding area which is quite inconvenient specially if you have office and have to be there with in a specified time frame
