Convenient app
Helpful for getting a reservation, but the details aren't always accurate. Whoever is in charge of how many $$ signs show up needs dismissed. Ocean 44 in Scottsdale is absolutely fabulous and you should definitely try it, but they show as only two $s. It's a solid 4 $ minimum.

First time using this app for a reservation for 7 people. The app said "confirmed" but when we arrived the waitresses had no idea that I had made a reservation. Apparently the owner hadn't finalized things with OpenTable. Luckily the restaurant had room for us. Don't trust this app even if it says confirmed.

Sends Notifications Even When Off
Only all that somehow bypasses Apple settings and still sends notifications when they are turned off. Questionable practices by this company.

What the…
Spent almost an hour getting a reservation for a table 10 miles from my house in Tennessee. A chain restaurant mind you. For the longest time, the site would only show me their restaurant in Leicester, England. Fumbled fumbled and fumbled. Then, all of a sudden, bot-a-bing, there it was and I made my reservation. This was my first encounter with OPEN TABLE. I only tried for so long because I was with someone who wanted to show me how great it is. He was practically apoplectic trying to get it to work, haha. Next time I'll just call the restaurant.

I was unable to modify my reservation. Instead, I had to delete and rebook. Frustrating.
