sApp should allow to pick an option to pay cash when picking up. Too much fraud entering credit card. please look into this and update App. my daughter has disability and likes Panda food alot but I do not like to stand in line to order and to then to enter credit card when ordering. otherwise app is user friendly and food is great for my daughter. I am vege so I can't buy for myself thank you

Could be improved by more offers and just giving cup vs providing drinks on order pickup. Seems like you have to order at least 1x in the month to see any offers, and then it's generally only 1 offer for the month. Also when you order a fountain drink ahead it's ready upon pickup. What if I wanted no ice, heavy ice? It was executed well this time but I'd rather fill my own cup. There is no option in app to choose ice amount.

I don't understand why companies have to do things so differently from eachother. 1. "apply coupon code at checkout." The option is actually BEFORE you check out and its all the way at the bottom so its easy to miss. 2. Selecting payment checks you out. I dont know who thought up this idea but they should be fired. If you select paypal, it will check you out. Nevermind that every other app has you check out after sele ting payment.

I haven't been able to place an order through the app, always says there is a problem with my payment method regardless how many payment methods I use or options. I've tried through the app and web version and nothing. In store there is nothing they can do so I can't apply any promotions.

Easy process online for ordering customer service was polite but they don't always remember the items that you ask for like utensils or soy sauce so you may need to take a trip back to the store on Argonne

Overall the app works pretty well but I am unable to reorder a previous order. It acts like it's working but then it tells me my bag is empty.
