this is literally the worst app of the food world! it took you forever to give us the option of loading our giftcards,I loaded a 100 one and the app barley works. it's always down. your staff can't look up my number so without the card which defaetd the purpose of loading I can't order. now the app won't even recognize me as a member. so once again can't pre order or use my card. what a waste.

Once you place a delivery order there's no way to return to the app to track the order. You can reorder the last order, but there's no way to get to the tracking information.

Input my credit card into the app at 2:00 pm. By 9:21 pm there were eight fraudulent charges all starting at.. 2:00 pm.

I've been trying to log in to the app for days. However, I can log in on the website. What is the point of having an app if it doesn't work?

The App. Is Garbage! Constantly freezes, I can't access my gift card 95% of the time, besides when I want to purchase something on the app. I'm able to select items, but can't make it past check out, cause everything goes white. Corporate America continues to fail, I'm completely over all of these places! This place used to be all right, back in the day, now I can clearly see it's future and it doesn't look good for them. If you view the rest of the reviews, they're all practically the same.

It's 90% a nice app, but it's lacking for its most frequent customers: 1) the re-order option has been broken for months (falsely claims the item is unavailable) 2) you can't save a favorite store. Tapping the star gives an error. I have to put in my zip code every time I order (no, Panera, you can't have my location data). 3) when ordering a drink, it has you customize it first, but then you lose the customization selections if you change the drink size. Please let us select the size first!
