Good news: it gave me a nearby parking garage to the venue with good rates. Bad news: after paying on the app, the barcode it gave wouldn't scan, the attendant didn't know anything about park whiz and couldn't find my preorder for a space, and I ended up paying a second time. Might just be the specific garage I went to, but that's the one closest to all the venues I go to, so that's a delete from me, dawg.

Attention app users. You will be overcharged and billed for a 24 hrs stay ($10+tax) if you book a 2 hr same day stay ($4+tax value) at the Little Island Parking lot on [address] It happened to me today May 6, 2024 when I booked a 2 hr stay at this parking location from 2:01 pm to 4:00 pm

Total waste of time, scanning, rental vehicle plate#, service charges. I would never use this system ever in my life. So embarrassing cars all jammed up, waiting for this garbage. The application fails and freezes, the payments get jammed, and additional time is a guess. 25 yrs in Information Technology, Windows, TCP/IP, Servers, MDM systems professional letting you have it!!!! Everyone hates this game.

Paid for a parking pass to an event... Never received the pass and they are ZERO help. I will be disputing the charge. Such a scam when ppl are out here struggling. Sad excuse for a company

3 times out of 3, the parking attendents have not been able to get a scan of my parking pass QR code to be accepted. They have let me go patk, but it really should work. My expectations for next week are that it will not work then either.
