App is broken
Customer support non existent. App is broken. Can no longer use. Insists on verifying my email (despite having done this previously over the many years I have been using it) and won't allow me to park without verification. Fine. But it fails to send an email with a code. Have tried over several weeks, deleted and reinstalled app and contacted customer services who took several days to respond and have nothing since. No fix. No help. Useless The developer response is also unhelpful. Just a repasted FAQ from the help section on the app. Do you not think most customers that have this issue have tried these things to resolve it. Check your junk folder !!!! Really.... and why would one of the largest email providers suddenly decide to block emails from you for account verification but let you respond to my customer complaint via ema. Admit it. Your app is broken and until such time as you have fixed it you should remove the mandatory email verification. I am clearly not the only person with this issue based on reviews on this app and a quick google search.

I was trying to pay for 15 minutes even with diferite cards and the app didn't work wasn't the first time when it happened exactly when i needed to work 😅

Useless, impossible to add a payment card despite the bank's authorization. It's the infernal loop that never stops.

Very difficult to install
Not happy at all. The registration of the bank card is also a hassle. Why short parking periods?

It charges extra for parking. If I had payed cash, it would have coated me 3€, instead in the app it costed 3,45€. Also, you must register, even if for one time use!

The support, via the virtual assistant, is not of much use for a pb that is out of the ordinary. So I ask my question here: can we use a bank card with a dynamic CVV (CB Visa Evolution of the CIC) on your app? Indeed, when I wanted to extend a parking space, it worked twice, after which it was impossible to validate a new transaction. Pb on the credit card side or on the application side? For your information, there was no maximum parking limit. Thank you Marco

Said 4 hours is free How long will you stay? I put 2 hours It charged me foe 2 hours and stated I have 6..... Sort your instructions out. Very unintuitive. Please refund me the stolen money since it's free for 4 hours!
