If I could give 0 stars I would
If you enjoy hurting yourself, use this app. I have actually never felt such boiling hatred for something that is supposed to help me get paid. I have actually never seen something fail so consistently at its advertised/main function. The amount of times I've open this masochism-stimulator at the end of my shift, only to find out, I WAS WORKING 12 HOURS FOR FREE, blows my mind!!! There has never been a single week I haven't had this issue. As of May 8th, 2024, this particular problem has occurred 5 DAYS IN A ROW… I can feel the grip of evil upon me whenever I open this app; I actually hate going to work because I know I'm going to have to deal with this nonsense. To the employers who want to use this app; I am promising you that your employees will dread working for you because of this app. P.S. If anyone says to just swipe to load the punch, I did…. and the longest I've done that for is 2 WHOLE HOURS! And No, it didn't work; I literally just gave up on it.

For the last month, the last recorded punch has been inaccurate. Makes you think you've missed a punch until you click on your time sheet.

I can login on the website with no issues, when I try to use the app, it says it's an incorrect username or password. Obviously this isn't true when I can login on the website.

This app sucks takes way to long to show the information of my pay. With ADP I was informed of my pay at least 1 day before the pay day which allowed me to plan ahead on my day to day needs.

You need to update your app (and website) to allow employees to update their mailing addresses on their own. With multi levels of authentication already in place, there is no excuse for why so many hoops have to be jumped through. My employer cannot even log in and do a simple address update without having to contact your company and waist an hour jumping through hoops. There are already plenty of security checks in place for this to be more streamlined.

I didn't use it. I downloaded it thinking there was a punch in and out option, but there isn't so it isn't very useful for me. Plus I have to log in each time I exit the app which is tedious. Using touch id is helpful, but not worth keeping on my phone.
