Biometric login process is a hack and non-functional and makes the app a total pain to use.

Great concept, poor execution
It is constantly showing different status of claims than the website. I am not able to upload verifying documents by simply clicking on the Verify link. Doesn't matter what you select in regards to claims, the most you can see is the name or recipient, date of transaction and whether it has been verified or not. But they app does not allow you to upload documents from your smart device for verification.

I prefer the desktop but I can never log in and I'm always having to call. I finally downloaded your app and voila no more issues. This is just your way of pushing people to download your app for personal tracking purposes. So no I don't like Inspira at all. I wish we had payflex back. I never had a single issue in years. Nothing but problems since you took over.

1- Application stops with error trying to upload justification pdf document. Impossible to upload. 2- in the TO-DOs, payment justification request (if any) should be the No. 1 item listed instead of marketing information
