Deplorable. I can no longer pay in 4 installments for no reason, I have always worked with it without any problem and here no.

No login possible
See other reviews, after checking for robots, the screen remains white... If it's really the Private Relay, it would be the second time that there have been problems with it. A while ago, I always got (non-specific, but attributable) error messages when paying when this was active.

Imposter apps
Crazy application, not worth it and not clear! The balance was suddenly held, then if tf to the account had waited for a long process for days but in the end tf was rejected but the statement tf was completed and deducted 50,000 even though it failed.

I have been paying a lot via PayPal for years and use the service actively. And this despite some concerns that have been published again and again towards the provider. Now it has "caught" me for the second time: Without warning and practically out of nowhere, the Pay Later option is no longer available. The last time a year ago, neither the hotline nor the credit department was able to provide information, as neither could view the algorithm. After a few days, it worked again. This time I didn't manage to get a human employee to the hotline, a bot voice claimed there were no payment issues. And each time hung up without the possibility of a personal consultation. In the chat at first the same, until I entered that I could please communicate with a human. He then informed me very nicely that there were too many plans running and therefore the payment option was automatically not available. Sounds plausible, but these plans have been reliably served by me for years. And even now, of course, some have already been paid regularly - which just doesn't change the payment options. So now I can pay off the options in parallel and pay for the current purchases live. Although I was always a good payer there. An unpredictable financial service that doesn't even have the option of a human service team in case of problems is really no fun.

I simply can’t use my cards
I add a card on the app, do 1-2 payments, and l can't use the card The l put ANOTHER card, the same thing happens. l put my bank account, it takes HOURS to the money get into paypal. Honestly, lm never using it again

Logging in is often not possible
The app starts, the password or FaceID is requested. Then the screen for 2-factor authorization should open. At this point, often only a white screen. App has already been reinstalled several times, but without improvement. Also, the app simply can't remember my device. Each time you open the app, you need to re-authorize 2-factor.

Stay away from PayPal - They are stealing money
It's one thins that they freeze my money for 21 days every time I receive a payment, but they just blocked my account out of nowhere with all the money there saying that they will contact me in 120 days with the instructions how I can take out my money from my account. 150 days passed, still no email, and their customer service is terrible, they are never ever available for help. There are much better platforms to use now than PayPal, I highly recommend staying away from them cause they literally stole all my money from my account and I cannot do anything to get it back.
