The app is slow
Despite a recent update to the app, we find it still ‘lags' and sometimes freezes completely. I have to close the app and open it again for it to resume. Hopefully this review helps to fix the issues.

Unable to place an order because the app won't accept my credit card number. It crashes every time. Very unpleasant.

Bad update! Don’t do it!
I loved this app…UNTIL about 15 minutes ago when I did the update. Did the whole order and then went to check out and it says my cart is empty👎🏼 Not cool. First world problem-maybe. Still super annoying.

Took 2 hours to place order
Wanted to change from pickup to delivery. Wouldn't let me choose a time slot. 3 agents couldn't help. Removed butter to move to delivery and then gave an error. Didn't want to move to delivery. App needs work.

Isn’t helpful.
I ordered groceries to my home so I don't have to travel to grocery stores with my twins that are under a year old. I provide tips to each of my orders & even wrote notes on my fruits & vegetables. That if something isn't on sale & I am paying full price….. I want it to be fresh…. I am not paying you a tip or trusting you with my grocery order when I am receiving products that are gone bad that day & expire the next day. I need delivery options because I am to busy to go myself. I still expect good quality food products especially when I'm paying full price, not sale price & especially coming from a industry like Zerhs. I don't want low grade quality food or I'd order from Walmart. PLEASE DO BETTER.

Most the time won't even open. Having to uninstall and reinstall AGAIN. Do you want all your competition to shop at Walmart or what???
