Advertising videos take a long time to load, and also if you block the cell phone, the ad can come out even when you are in the middle of a game

Games at a premium cost
The value isn't there for me. I'd reckon I'm not alone ….just some average married white guy with kids. 15 bucks a year, tops

Idk what happened to this app, but loading is terrible with ads. I used to pay for this... So thought of playing it again but now just opening it take so long to load! Not worth the wait, or no time to wait.

The games are interesting. The number of advertisements is high and discourages you from purchasing the paid plan.

No Pro version despite payment; Customer service doesn't get in touch
I took out a subscription for testing - the payment also went down from my account - but I kept getting an error message in the app and couldn't use the Pro version. I contacted customer service and described the problem, but have not received an answer to this day ...

English version: I paid and my account never became premium Lost 35 € And I sent you an email and never got an answer back. French version: I paid 35€ and I never managed to get the premium connected to my account. I sent an email, I never got any answers.

Too much advertising
Its like they are dying for you to buy the full version, the amount of ads popping up is ridiculous, and the prices are too high if you get fed up and decide to subscribe..which is why I lost interest..I like the games tho but its not worth paying the full price of course..hope they address these issues, it's such a shame.
