Horrible
I used it and they failed me several times, they don't understand that you are asking for your family's food, it doesn't help that after an hour complaining, plus the delay in the order itself, they tell you that they will refund your money! I wanted them to give me the service!! Now they offer me 20000 pesos to come back, they would have used it to take care of me before...

Terrible customer service.
I make a suggestion and they tell me that they cannot process my request. I can't imagine if I had a real problem. They're a mess with passable things (chicken, creamy cheeses, fruits, and veggies) usually don't match the weight declared in the app.
