Store locator crash is horrid.
App is fine. Useable most of the time. I am an associate but my app defaults to a different store. When I go to change the store it crashes the app. Every single time. So I literally can't place orders, look at reviews, or schedule services at my own store because it's stuck on a different one. Incredibly, INCREDIBLY annoying.

Shockingly bad. Loads slow, clunky, eats battery, and it turns out I don't even really need it to get points at checkout. So why does it exist when it works so poorly?

Oh my gosh I hate the new app. What happened to smooth scrolling? When I scroll I want to go pass more than one item at a time. It takes forever to scroll now because you have to go one item at a time. No doing it anymore. Not evern for points.

Everytime I search something, it says item not found. I had the app installed for less than 10 minutes before uninstalling it. In store shopping is easier than that mess.

I use to enjoy this app. They got rid of treat trails, then changed the color to red to match petco. I'll still to petco until you bring treat trails back.

Why would you list items as available, when they are "out of stock" or "not available"? Why even advertise them? Annoying af

This app *constantly* crashes on startup. Basically, to be able to use it I'll have to start & close it between 3-5x before I'm able to actually use it to do what I need to do! 🤷🏼♀️ I have to close, clear it from my open apps then restart it. Eventually, though, it *will* load (& be perfectly usable!) without crashing! 👍🏻 Just sayin'! 😁
