Awful, I should have followed the advice from previous reviews. Spent a few hours creating a photo book then all the photos disappeared. A load of useless junk.

Hard to navigate
I tried on numerous occasions to upload my holiday photos and each time they did not appear to have been uploaded As there were nearly 300 photos this was very frustrating to say the least I eventually did manage to get them uploaded and have ordered them in another order This order seems to have been a bit easier

hello, there must be a bug I don't have access to ALL my photos anymore, or in my folders they are half empty. while on my phone my files are quite full. I'm disappointed, I wanted to print my photos and I can't. I can't benefit from my free 50 draws promo code. Do you have a solution???

Not sure how the app could be worse
Clunky, poor UI, no cross platform between PC and IOS. Changes crops and doesn't accept photos for seemingly no reason. Truly a laborious task to process an order. Then at the end for Apple Pay to fail is an absolute joke.

Awful user experience
Long time Photobox user: quality prints but using the app is excruciating. E.g no way that I can see to switch between glossy and Matt prints without uploading my entire order again. Also seems to reupload photos when you want duplicate copies. No integration between app and site. I'm going to look for a different provider with a functioning app.

It is impossible to create and edit a photobook using this app. I've tried 10 times to make a photobook for my son and each time it reverts to a blank book after editing it a few times. Very frustrating. Don't waste your time, try another app.
