A VERY BAD SERVICE Receiving a very poor service with this pick n pay asap in soweto I ordered by 17h00 and they deliver your order the following day my question is WHY WHY WHY? do they take orders knowing that they won't deliver on time This time I'm taking this far I can't be suffering with your poor service while I paid on today's I even ordered the sanitary towels which are my need for now so I have to use toilet papers because you failed to deliver my order which has the sanitary towels.

Can't add new credit card details. Get's stuck on Register card status and not updating card info.

Excellent service. Love the app. Just so disappointing that there isn't free delivery codes anymore nor is there a monthly option

I love the app but I'm really disappointed that my area was removed from the delivery area in December. I miss the friendly drivers and ease of receiving groceries. Please PnP, add my area back.

This App has real taken regressive turn, we used to be awarded a chance to choose replacements when items are sold out or out of stock now you don't even get a chance to they just take your money and credit it to your wallet and you have to go through tedious process to get a refund which will take days! Initially the promise of this service/App was “groceries delivered within a hour” I have had 2 instances where groceries where delivered the following day, no apologies no explanation.

Gone to the dogs in every way !! Pick n pay needs an enormous shift in their asap and in-shop staff attitudes, fresh quality has declined drastically, meat is an absolute NO-go online. The poor cut chunked meat is not usable other than for pet food! Complaining gets you nowhere. So inconvenient to not receive good quality items. Then you order and whilst it shows available and is confirmed... you don't receive the full order AND they retain the money instead of only charging what they delivered.

The search button does not work!

PnP seriously behind the curve here. You can't even search for what you want, search results keep telling you that it can't find what you're looking for. Then when you finally managed to put a basket together it doesn't complete the purchase. Complete waste of time.

I decided to try it out since my checkers60 app was not working and I'm disappointed. First time l ordered an item was missing from my order.I tried getting assistance from support but received none. The amount wasn't even credited to my wallet.Today 2nd time l decided to order again after being disappointed the first time.The app service is poor, you can't track the driver of tracking the driver delivering the goods. It stays in one place. It's been 5hours and l still haven't received my order.
