I WANT A REFUND
May 6,2024. I've continued to use this app and continue to be displeased at its inability to recognize even herbs by their leaves. It's been a waste of my money. Disappointed I just bought the app last week, but am finding it frustrating to use. When I go on the app, there are other people's pictures to sort through until I get to my own. I want to see my pictures, and think it's unnecessarily cumbersome to have to figure out a way to get to my own pictures. It takes one or two extra clicks, and then I see my own pictures. If I go out of that for a few seconds, I'm back to the same picture off someone else's flowers. I bought this for my use in identifying plants. I moved into a new home with an extensive garden and need help to figure out all the plants I've got. The app doesn't seem to be very good at identifying leaves growing out of the ground, or a plant with flower buds not yet open. I don't know yet how accurate the identifications of plants are. I have a list from the former owner of the name and location of plants, and what I have identified so far, is not on her list. I hope as more things bloom, the identification will improve.

Got this app to identify problems with my plants. The app is just like a FB for plants. Very disappointed. I emailed twice. No answer to my request for a refund. Please find another app with more features!

Pacific Black Snake root
I tried a weed from our farm it was correctly identified , but no more information. Sadly I couldn't learn if it was toxic to human or critter. They called it an herb but gave zero info as to possible use or historical use. Basically I got less info than a free plant identifier.

Had a paid subscription… now they expect me to pay again
I had paid for the previous version of the app. No option to update the app. I guess with the new version they are doing a money grab and now expect me and previous subscribers to shell out again. That is NOT going to happen.

Don’t believe lifetime premium access
I purchased the full version of the last PlantSnap. They have broken the app so it can no longer be used and it just says I must update to the new version. But of course my previous fully paid access doesn't apply to 6.0 so I'm asked to pay again. That would be fine if they didn't break the last app so it can't be used. No one should believe lifetime access will actually last.
