Can’t access subscription
Paid for a subscription and I cannot access it.. tried to contact playbook and have heard nothing back.. other than that it's okay

Good content but app is very clunky!
This app does have good content but unfortunately it is hard to find what you are looking for with the search functions so you don't get to use it. Easier to find free content on YouTube.

App is great except for crashes that are happening Occasionally interrupts the whole workout.

Apparently free but NOT after 7 days
I downloaded this app thinking it would be free, and I would only pay for the subscription of the workout/PT. Then charged a week later. Tried to cancel and stop further debits via website as per invoice instructions. Could not do that. My account subscription page shows NO subscriptions. This is such a scam.

The app won't work, and I can't reach anyone. I've tried all of the online help only to get errors. Even the link to contact playbook says it is not active.

It’s finicky
Things like trying to go back and forth between exercises require you to touch an incredibly small portion of the screen and you end up missing it most of the time.

Love the access to so many amazing programs
I wish we could change the program on our home page from the one we initially started with to a new one if we finish a challenge or series. Trying to find the workouts and going back and forth is a little annoying if using a different persons program. But I love that you can still choose from any of the programs offered on the app! I've found so many amazing programs.

Just billed me 140.00 canadian when I choose the 14.99 plan and got the trial for a week. Somehow turned into a year at 140.99. Choked .
