Just was at a table where someone with a 9 digit $ game cash roll was using inappropriate language to players when I arrived and kept doing so. I did not text at all at the table because the useless admin keep taking $500,000 from my cash roll even when I text to prise someone's play. This game now belongs in the trash bin! I am finished with this piece of trash! This app has been totally corrupted by the app admin. On top of all my concerns noted below, app admin has created an activity scenario for players with cash to burn to amass huge 8, 9, 10 and 11 digit game cash roll amounts and now most tables play becomes all-in hands. This takes away from poker strategy and has created an extremely boring app to use. The response to all concerns brought to admin staff is, “Go to another table”. That is the stupidest redress mechanism for users that an app could have. It just indicates further the disrespect the admin and developers have for user concerns! This app admin is still stealing my game cash while I am off line. The joke on me is that I am doing absolutely nothing to deserve such user disrespect. Every time I complain, I get more game cash taken from me. You can see how corrupt this app has become! As you can see from the fake reviews, at one time this used to be a fun game. I would have made a similar comment, as I enjoy using poker apps. However, no enjoyment NOT ANYMORE. It is set up to rip off users of their game cash roll. It constantly keeps reducing my $ game cash roll for absolutely no reason. This app continues to be nothing more than a pile of garbage and totally useless now, especially when it comes to player support and misplaced micro management destroying the fun the game used to have. I somehow lost my piggy bank that I had, while trying to cash out at $70 million. Admin did not help me recover it, making little to no effort to help me, as the game would not allow me to access my account through the facebook connection option and forcing me to access my current account through apple connection on a newer account version so I could continue to use the app. Unfortunately, I do not expect to ever see my original account version, now roughly $62 million+ due to admin not allowing it to happen. Now the app does not seem to want me to stay above $10,000,000 in game cash roll amount. Some of the approved game comments are “Sorry, don't cry” and “weak sauce” which are off-handed, crude and rude to allow in the game. If I text something during game play, to praise or help another player, they usually ding $500,000 from my game cash bank roll before I sign in again. It happens to me often, even though I am doing nothing, while using the app, to warrant it. There is entirely too much in-game corruption supported by the app administration. There are too many game bots at tables which makes it hard to win, as the bots have big bank rolls of 8, 9, and 10 digit figures and bet excessively and aggressively going all in to dominate play and rip off users of their game cash. TAt almost every table, there is sThis happens a lot at the lowest table in the game which is a Newbie table. Sometimes, I have experienced as many as three game bots at a table. That totally ruins the game experience for actual users. Basically, the game is extremely disrespectful to, and dishonest with, its “real“ users. It also seems like the admin know very little about the actual game of poker! I use poker terminology in making praising comments to others and still get my cash roll reduced while off-line. Personally, I would not recommend downloading and using this corrupted app to anyone! To me, this app now is totally frustrating to use and just a total waste of time! The app is CONSTANTLY REMOVING CASH FROM MY BANK ROLL, IF I ATTEMPT TO PUT ANYTHING IN TEXT CHAT AT THE TABLE. It seems like whenever I type a comment, even praising a player, the next time I sign in I have lost $500k. The admin appears to be totally useless, corrupted and incompetent! There game rules even threaten users to the effect that if they don't fall in line with their game rules they will take the user off any of their other games if he/she is unfortunate enough to bother using them. They seem to have absolutely no clue about poker and are extremely disrespectful of the users of this once upon a time fun app! I used to enjoy using this app until wokeness ideology took it over and destroyed its entertainment value! Corrupted admin and lots of game bots makes this app a total waste of time! It's amazing how corrupted the current app management has become! It is extremely frustrating because the extent of my concern is the number of game bots that this poker app inserts in its games to rip off users! This happen second time when you win challenged, they are supposed to give you grand price.it says you won, but they never add the money.when you let them know by e mail.they alawys ask for proof .when you provide proof, they still don't give it.they don't provide you proof that they paid .it's not fair. I am really disappointed.need to go to a different poker, I guess. Aruna

I loose every hand at every table every day. Win one or two hands about every 6 hrs. Lost over 500 million, and my lose percentage is the highest of any player. I know your cheating me and I hope to prove it. Consumer protection will be calling you.

Horrible support. The game would not give me my rewards after I won them a couple of times my friends list got deleted. I messaged them and they never responded back or corrected the issue. I'll never play this game again. If you like watching your money swirl around and go down the toilet then it's for you
