Scammed out of promotions.
Today when I went to order food I used my promotion for no fees which had 2 uses left, after using the promotion I was given a message saying that I cannot use promotions and i would have to pay for the full expense. I contacted customer support and they did not resolve the issue instead giving me a copy and pasted message about tos saying that they can cancel promotions if they want to. I read about it online and I got a similar article but this one showing that a man had ordered using the promotion and they didn't cancel the promotion until after he had bought his food, taking his money at full price and not giving him a refund for it. So I advise you not to order from this app using any promotions unless you want your money to be taken. In the same week I also had a driver who hadn't delivered my food and i did not get a refund for it.

Zero Customer Service
I've put up with their terrible service, late delivery times (the estimate is pointless as it's always delivered way after), wrong orders, and missing items. Sometimes the order is so soggy or delivered completely crushed (as if the driver sat on it) that it has to be completely tossed out. I put up with it because despite this it was more convenient than leaving the office to go do a pickup and because they were quick to respond to issues such as wrong or missing items at least (no help for soggy or crushed deliveries though). Now they don't even do that. 2 out of the last 12+ orders I'd placed with them had items missing and their response was “sorry your order doesn't meet your expectations, we won't be able to offer a refund”. It has NOTHING to do with an order meeting my expectations. ANY business that charges you for a product that you don't receive is committing THEFT it's that simple. If I order something through YOU, pay YOU, and don't get some or all of my order either you owe me a full or partial credit or refund. It seems that they've replaced their customer service with an AI that just copy/pastes the same generic responses and closes any complaints without any attempt to resolve the issue. Honestly I'd leave ZERO stars if I could. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Will not refund missing items
Illegal practices that should be investigated. This company literally steals money from customers. Do not use this app under any circumstances. I had an item missing and immediately reported this to customer service. I received several responses that they somehow determined I had received the correct order and was not eligible for a refund. I have also had past issues with not being refunded for incorrect items. There is no customer service at all other than an automated chat after your order is complete. I had several orders take over 2 hours because multiple drivers were assigned and did not move or respond to messages and calls. There is no phone number or email for customer service. This is by far the worst delivery app out there. Would give zero stars if possible.

Delivery Scam
I ordered a pizza yesterday at 7 pm and the order was delayed until 9:05 pm. Then the app notified the order was delivered when it was not! I checked everywhere possible for it but no sign of even the driver to have entered my premises! There is no customer service number or representative either! Very poor customer service and they didn't even provide a refund.

Trash
Had three drivers cancel on me and then my order canceled. Waited over an hour and a half to be hungrier. Ended up ordering from DoorDash with no incident, finally able to eat. Highly recommended using any other food ordering app other than Postmates.

Wrong orders
I ordered from McDonalds and i got some rice order from another restaurant. When i complained they denied me of any compensation. And i tried to explain. Gave them all the proof. The person who bought my food was homeless. Overall, this is worst app considering uber too, i am uninstalling it right now. They are not even slightly helpful.

Terrible service now
Don't know what's going on. The service quality plummeted. Also being double charged on tips. Card on file is being charged and charged Uber cash for the same amount for the tip. Been double charged tip twice now and still haven't gotten any response from Postmates. Drivers are passing the delivery time by over 20-30 minutes from the “latest delivery time “. Drivers have said “if there is an issue with your food, it's not my problem “ as the shove the bag at you the quickly walk away. Requested refunds for damaged or missing items with no luck
