Home delivery at the door is not carried out as ordered:((
Not the first time that home delivery with PostNord has been mismanaged. Delivery is not delivered! Has a door button on the entrance door and a bell on the apartment door. It's Friday. I'm at home waiting for the package. Phone number is available to call me if needed. Received a text message that the delivery could not be carried out and will be picked up by me at the post office when the package has reached there! Rude! I was supposed to receive the package at the apartment door at home today. PostNord takes photos as proof when they have left parcels at the apartment door, not otherwise. So there is no evidence that the person would have been on site for delivery and could not deliver either directly to me or sat outside the door, no missed calls are there either. The PostNord driver cannot have tried to deliver the package, it is pure lying and laziness not to do your job. Home deliveries must work when you pay/order it! 😰😰

Bad that the app does not show information about sender and recipient. It will be extra difficult to find the information then. Why don't you show that?

The app does not work, does not receive any notification either by text message, email or in the app. And completely useless to call when you are on site and not in advance.

Useless, will uninstall. In the text message I received with a notification that a package I ordered is now available to pick up in a parcel box, it said that I have to download the app to get it out. Said and done, downloaded, created account, went to the box cabinet, activated Bluetooth... And in the app it says that I have zero packages! Couldn't get any package with me, and support closed. Long nose all weekend. Hard. Doesn't seem to be sync for packages the entire delivery flow, affects the customer.
