20-30 minute wait to get into BOS line
Very disappointed that there's a wait to get into the lounge at Boston Logan Airport.

The 2 lounges at Lisbon Airport are CLOSED. And for a long time. No back-up solution. Really small number of lounges. It was impossible to access it on arrival. No less than 4 hours in Madrid. Nothing at Orly 3. ZERO customer service that doesn't know how to compensate for the lack of service. on the other hand, Priority pass knows how to increase the price of guests. Paying guest is a priority pass concept. Don't take a platinum card and rely on this ghost service. And by reading the answers here, we understand

Terminal c Logan airport, totally disappointed
Just an illusion, this card, I was at Boston Logan terminal C gate 19 , the lounge and n there is a wait period to get in lounge ! I hardly get to use this card …. Better get my refund

Access to poor standard lounges
The standard of No 1 Lounge at North Terminal Gatwick Airport has deteriorated over last three years to the point where it is purely a place for people to drink large amounts of alcohol. The food is Abysmal, it is noisy and cleanliness of lounge area is of a low standard. The notice outlining the regulations for admission is a mockery stating standard of dress , no stag or hen parties is not adhered to at all.
