Scam of an app
This app is horrible and a scam when I upgraded to premium for a yearly subscription and I got charged for 2 extra months on top of my yearly payment and now they won't refund me for the 2 extra months I payed. Do not get this app or at least don't subscribe to the premium

My phone still shows "locked" pictures without even opening the "vault". Ticks me off. You can't unlock more than one picture at a time which is freaking ridiculous. I need to unlock a bunch of pictures in an album but I can't do it all at once. "Decrypting progress" never finishes even though they actually were. Free users can only create two albums before requiring payment to create more. I'm going to be looking for another app that actually locks photos properly. These devs are incompetent.🤬

Ruined app
The latest update completely ruined the app with “Premium” subscription advertisements, even if you have already paid full price for this app in the past. Useful features have been removed. No more setting the web homepage (now you are forced to use the one leading to one of their servers - so they can track you?). No more quickly clearing the cache. Pay extra if you want to be able to recover deleted pictures, even if you already paid for the app. All basic features that should not require this new “Premium” (subscription) nonsense.

Newest update deleted all my photos
I've been using the free version of the app for years and there was a recent update that automatically downloaded and when I went to look for a photo in the app everything was gone. There is no free version anymore and there was no warning that the newest update would literally erase everything in the app. Lost everything.

Keeps crashing
I use this to have a copy of my important documents but after getting a new iphone, I noticed that it kept on crashing on my old iphone and closes the app spontaneously after a minute or two of syncing the 2 phones. You also need to continue the pricey subscription otherwise it won't sync with cloud.

Won’t delete pictures
Overall this app has been pretty great and I've used it quite a while the only complaint I have is now when I delete pictures they just pop back up, please fix this other than this issue I love this app
