Can’t manage account from app

App redirects you to the web site for things like managing payment. Defeats the purpose of having the app installed if you have to go to the web site.

Good app except for the phone usage on the snapshot. I listen to music off my phone through Bluetooth almost all the time, and it has been marking it as phone usage. I went from 5 to 3 stars. I'm having to mark the majority of my trips as not the driver because of this. It doesn't reflect your driving properly since I have to do that. They really need to fix that feature.

I have had to use this app in Missouri. I found that it didn't save me a damn dime. It's an invasion of privacy. Right now I am not even driving as I have had foot surgery. They don't know that. How do you tell them?
