The app was updated and has since become so slow. It's great I can check everything but it's inconvenient when it says error connecting to server. When this error occurs, I can't check what I wanted to.

Confusing Access to home page
Too difficult to access. Confusing navigation with other medical programs/plans. It's very informative once you get to the correct location.

Called customer service the app link has a bug. Got told it could be 7-10 days to resolve. I can't see upcoming appointments.
