App log in is useless
App on my phone require 8 digit pin and randomly logs out and when doing pin request email auto deletes. Tired of sitting outside the gym for 15 minutes and cannot get in.

Good app poor backend
Generally the app is fairly decent however the platform it is linked too is poor and despite getting emailed when you first book you never get an email again even if they move your evening class to the middle of the day or change the instructor to someone you really do not get on with - I know this is not directly the apps fault however the experience with the platform makes it a poor experience

Locker space and security
So tired of the lockers protected by CCTV in the public area being either permanently padlocked or full of left behind **** and not available. Just walked out today as I had valuables with me and no way was I leaving them in a locker room often full of people just standing around. Last time I used the lockers in the changing room it cost me nearly £900 to replace my door locks and the stuff stolen. If you refuse to manage the use of current safer lockers then to offer some deterrent to people breaking into those in the changing rooms you could at least move another block of lockers into the general area. Or maybe I should just be as selfish as others and just leave my padlock permanently on a locker when I next find an empty one.

Good value
A good selection of weights, however is over-subscribed, so there is often a waiting period for weights, and the showers can be pretty gross. BUT, for the price, it is very good value

Logs out every update.
App doesn't do much. Book classes, access the gym and see how busy it is. The bar graph of how busy the gym is, is an average over time so if pretty inaccurate. Most annoying part, when your trying to enter the gym at 4am in the rain, the apps updated and logged you out… they could easily fix this.

Genocide supporters do not get my membership
Since Learning and seeing CEO of Pure Gym encourage and support the massacre of babies and children, defend raining down bombs on defenceless innocent men women and children, obliterating them in to lumps of flesh and bone and actively calling for it to continue I will not be giving my money to this genocidal psychopath who thinks this is ok and normal, Anyone with a conscious wouldn't be giving this scum any or their money, it's blood money and no amount of working out is gonna wipe that stain off you
