Liking Charge up, I decided to sub. To my disappointment, as a paying member, I am only allowed 5 games of choice per day. I fail to see the purpose of the sub then. Daily puzzles indeed become free (backdated), but I have zero interest in those. The Charge up in dailies is too easy, so pointless. Tokens do not recharge, so you still have to pay/watch ads for those. The more you advance, the more difficult it is to earn tokens. All in all, the sub is horrible value for money. Sadly. Uninstall

It was a good app, but it really prioritizes you getting a subscription that the people that are trying it for free. Each puzzle is 20 tokens, and when you go to play for the day, it gives you the option to apply a free 50% discount to the puzzles for the day, so now all the puzzles are 10 tokens if you spent all the tokens you had the day before on puzzles then you only get 10 tokens so only one puzzle a day. Wouldn't recommend it unless you want to buy a subscription .

Lost over 50,000 in coins and a lot of tokens. Reporting it to support was just a waste of time on top of the loss.

Limited Special Issues
This is overall the best puzzle app I have discovered. With its variety of puzzles and daily pages I highly recommend for a casual player. BUT, if you are a long time player who loves to participate in the events I do not recommend. Without a subscription you are limited to 2 issues for each puzzle. Each issue contains 10 pages, but eventually you will complete those pages and you won't be able to participate in the events. Just expanding the issues to 3 instead of 2 would greatly benefit your long term members.

Loved this game for years, but now it won't load for the last 3 days at least. I love the variety puzzle pages. Please fix the issue. I haven't been able to play because when I open it, it goes to the beginning loading screen and never loads after that.

Love the game and all the different types of puzzles. The issue is that it keeps glitching and my progress keeps getting lost for a given day and after I have finished the daily page, it will resort back to only half completed and I have to try and redo them all.

This is happening very frequently, I once got my reward for completing the achievement of Crossword and then when I logged in after some time to play everything had vanished, I had to re play everything again but this time I didn't get any achievement reward even though my mobile is always online, it is just too depressing. This is ridiculous and depressing. Update my rewards or I'll have no choice but to delete your App :(

Don't subscribe - I subscribed for a year, after gathering over 50,000 coins and many tokens, the app lost them all. APP responses to bad reviews are to contact support. Support will say "sorry for the inconvenience".

The app has been very good, but it hasn't made any progress for two days, as soon as I leave, all my progress is erased, and it goes back to 8.05.24. Can you help?
