Your App sadly doesn't work. It sends you an OTP and then says something has gone wrong. The OTP can be entered in, but the confirm button doesn't work and you cannot proceed any further

0 communication when contacting customer support. They do not provide proof of their policies, it is against their policy to do so. They make up rules that no other airline has.

Here's the deal: I urgently need to book a flight, or check some details, and what do I get? Please login. Please enter OTP. There is no signal where I am so I can't receive the OTP. Somehow my bank app manages to keep me logged in all the time, but an airline app can't?
