Inferior service providers, stream quality chooses itself, songs constantly break off, are sometimes weeks or months "unavailable" playlist change independently. And it is (often) OFFLINE music only possible with an active internet connection.

Why would i start a free trial, let alone pay for a music service that isn't allowing me to cast so i can listen to the music through my awesome home sound system? I'm not one to listen to music on my phone or tablet. ?Excellent article about lossless music on Lifewire 5/6/24. Unless you own a high end home audio system, you will not and can not hear a difference in the quality of the music. Save your money folks because phones and tablets are worthless in this case!!!!!!!

For the first couple of months the app was great, but now impossible to download music for offline listening, and states your account is deactivated when it's totally paid up. It needs a lot of improvement, and the help center is poorly done.

Good but need a better customer experience
Good application that improves from update to update, unfortunately not adapted for the discovery of new music, always the same type of advanced artists. The sorting is too limited: example "world music category" without subcategory so forced to have suggestions of... all the music of the world. No ability to filter by region or country or style.

They charge me for the subscription and they don't give me the premium, in support they sent me to talk to Google and Google with them, they charged me for 2 months and I ended up canceling it

Great for streaming but no way to purchase an album or a track, despite claims on the website 'pressing the three dots by the song will give you a buy option'. This doesn't exist on the app I just downloaded. The suggestion bar on the bottom of the app is annoying, be nice if there was a turn off option. I already have a player app so no need for this one, I'll just buy off the website.
