In the event of fraud, the system does not penalize the account holder
I have always given Qonto 5 stars for its ease of use and always-on call center. This time I have to give the minimum because in case of fraud the system adopted does not work. Instead of immediately blocking the funds that are the subject of a scam, Qonto asks that the account holder write to the site on which the purchases were made using the card through a scam and only after the site has responded or not responded can a procedure be initiated. In the meantime the money is gone. Since these are important purchases and made in part of the world completely unusual for those who have the account - in the case of Dubai and Oman - the bank should have an alert and ask the account holder if he is actually making these purchases. And in any case, block the payment when reported in good time.

This bank is a scam. Without any explanation, they closed my account and sent all my money back to the previous senders.... I don't even know to whom and what amount they sent.... They don't give me any contact or information... Unfortunately, I can no longer log in to my account to view my payment history... Even if I find them, no one will give me my money back... I just lost 8800 euros. This is the first time

Misleading onboarding process
The Plus credit card is selected as standard without any price. Without the execution of the costs. It's a shame how you deal with business customers in support.

Apart from payment features in France or euro zone, it is impossible to pay an invoice by international transfer. For a bank said to be for professionals, the customer service is incompetent (they ask for a Kbis for artists outside the euro zone while an artist is almost never a company but a company so no kbis.. logical, simple, the basic). They block your funds for a week, refuse to pay your bill, and take a week to refund you. Gone is much more complete, I'm changing banks.. What a waste of time this Qonto!

On the positive side, the advisors' responsiveness, on the other hand, is not satisfied with the length of time it takes to process cheques, which penalizes and slows down the progress of the work. K T

They want you clear documents then you will upload all the documents clear and faire then they will send you unfortunately we are going to close your account !!!!!!!! You can't trust them

Suddenly, logging in via the app is no longer possible. No access to the account. Supposedly, the password is not correct. But pseudo-updates almost every day.
