License plate can only be registered on 1 count
Bit awkward this. We only have 1 car and therefore cannot both use this service. My wife has registered the license plate in the app and because of this I can't do that. So if I want to start a parking action, I can't use the app myself.

Cannot activate account and the app is thus useless
Will be sent activation links that open the app store and then the app without activating the account. Many other reviews note the same thing over a long period of time, but clearly still no solution. It is also not possible to delete your account as it is not activated and you cannot log in.

worthless
If I want to activate my account via my mail, I click on the link and then it goes to the Appstore to the app of qpark!! Nice, but I just installed it, I don't have to download it anymore! If I click open I can't activate it, well get rid of it then back to easy park.

Problems leaving
Barrier raised on arriving but didn't raise on leaving which defeats the object really. Access app via phone & required QR code to use to raise barrier, if that was because of first use I don't know, perhaps an instant message to warn might have helped, but I was stuck at barrier until I worked it out, so not the best experience?

Underground payment methods: If you don't have a credit card, you can only use Sofort GmbH (Klarna), to which I have to enter my complete bank credentials??? (login name and password) Honestly... Is it still possible ? But anyway, the app is not able to access any parking garage in my destination city. So it's happening ... Nothing at all. 1 star is really too much for that. I have no idea what this is all about.

Uninstalled again
Spent at least half an hour setting up and trying to set up a parking but didn't succeed and now it's uninstalled. Support/help primarily focuses on parking garages and not parking in open parking spaces. Solution: Won't visit locations that use this app.

Very poor user experience
Can't log in to the app just get into a loop where app says email not validated and sends a validation email but when I click to validate tells me to log in then says email hasn't been validated. Think I'll delete the app and avoid your car parks if you can't even get this right!!

By adding their car registration in the app, Season Ticket holders at PaSS car parks will be able to enter and exit by having their number plate scanned at the barrier. PaSS is only live at selected Q-Park car parks. It is important that you create your MyQ-Park account before registering on the app or your Season Ticket will not link correctly with your vehicles car registration and you will not be able to enter and exit the car park using your number plate. How to register your number plate 1. Activate your My Q-Park Account on the Q-Park website. When you purchased your Season Ticket, you will have received an email prompting you to activate your account 2. Download the Q-Park app 3. Login using your My Q-Park Account Email and Password 4. Enter your car registration After completing the above steps, the barrier will automatically open when you drive in or out of your home car park. The Q-Park app has been developed to further enhance the parking experience for our Season Ticket holders.
