My app was hacked not once but twice. Purchases were made in other states for large amounts. It happened once and they refunded my money and I waited months to use the it and the very day I made an order, later that evening I had more fraudulent charges. It's unfortunate because I order a lot from them, love their food. I use a lot of mobile apps and this is the only experience I've had like this.

Account compromised with fraudulent charges
So I received an email that my account had made an online order in a completely different state. Makes you wonder what kind of hack this is now or did a college kid fly home and use my card and account information

Wait an extra 10-20mins before arriving
I thought the point of ordering online was to not wait but I ordered 15 mins prior, no line inside, currently 25 mins in waiting for the food… 8:55-9:20… smh

Place order button at checkout is overlayed over the home and order button, which somehow makes you click the wrong button, bringing you back to either the home screen or the new order menu... you have to scroll up and scroll back down to force the "place order" button to show. Poor front end logic.

App never works!!! I love Cane's, but the app constantly freezes. I will clear the cache, but when I log in again all I get is a blank screen. The app constantly logs me out, but every time I try to log in it doesn't work. It's so frustrating. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times, but the results are always the same. Please fix that app!

Needs more options. I always get my box or caniac with triple toast instead of coleslaw and fries due to diet restrictions but can't sub both using the app so it goes unused
