Very bad my last experience. The rappitero put extra products in the order and didn't put anything. In the end the app charged me for something that did not arrive and it has been 3 days and nothing has happened to me, what a blatant theft they have disappointed me and to complete the order it arrived in bad condition and without the invoice. What a fraud

Terrible customer support, wrong charges, even, once I was charged for burgers that never arrived and asked for proof. Today I bought with a coupon and after I paid, the coupon disappeared and I was charged again on my debit card. Take screenshots of everything because there are ghost coupons and they don't return the money of one they took out of their account.

They charge you a shipping cost and when it comes to paying those costs can be 10 times more. They also make it difficult for you to use coupons. Uninstalled

Since this morning I have not been able to verify an AstroPay MasterCard payment method. He takes money from me in Argentine pesos and in the rappi application he asks me to put the amount in dollars usd.. Impossible to put the right amount

DO NOT make the supermarket purchases through the app, if the store has promotions they do not give you the discount... Rappi's pay less, charge you full price, and keep the difference. To be honest, I stop using the service.

The application became very bad, I asked for a delivery to a restaurant I made the payment and in addition to being delayed the order at 15 minutes they indicate that it was already delivered when I did not receive anything, they delivered it I don't know where and rappi indicates that they do not refund either the order or the money, It is a thousand times better Didi than they do refund the money and solve it by calling the restaurant where the order was placed, terrible rappi I have already had several bad experiences with this application.
