Unable to open Regions App on my I [phone] Plus. Plus
Until a few weeks ago I had no problem then all at once I started having problems. “We can't locate that page right now. This could be because the system returned an unexpected error or is temporarily unable to process your request. Try again later.” Or “Establishing connection— The security of the site is being established, but is currently not available. Reload the site if this message persists.” Or “Certificate not found “ Or “Login on new device.” This isn't a new device. How can I fix this? Thank you.

The app works fine and you can easily navigate among your accounts. However, the app doesn't have your statements, tax documents, and mature dates for CD. Needs to improve on these.

App stopped letting me login on any device or desktop. When I could login it wouldn't let me use bill pay or mobile deposit. I have called and had multiple trouble tickets put in, and nothing has been resolved. No one has contacted me. At this point I think I need to take my money somewhere else. It's impossible to function like this

Cannot utilize features
I am not sure why the app no longer allows me to do transfers from my checking to savings or make my Zelle transfers. This is very frustrating for me because the purpose of having the app on my phone is to be able to make transactions without having to lug around my laptop. I have looked to see if there are any new updates but alas none. How does one resolve this?

Quit working. I open the app and it just sits there with the Regions logo and nothing happens. I don't live near a branch so the app is my go to.
