The app is bad, terrible, impossible to buy tickets. It only gives information about direct routes, if you ask for something with links it tells you that there are none or that you should try it later. You have to go to the web, so having the app is absurd. Uninstalled!!!

I'm a very frequent user of Renfe and I've always used the app, but it's been going badly for two months and I can't even use it because the departure/arrival station search engine doesn't work. I would like to know the reason why they don't solve it, being that it is not a matter of a few days. Frequent users like me are choosing not to use it altogether, out of desperation at how bad it is. I feel sorry for the truth.

Terrible. I bought a ticket on the app where it says changes can be made free of charge for the same day. I tried to change my ticket for the next train when I realized I would not make it. The app did not work. When I saw someone at the station they said you can change ticket only until 30 minutes before the train departure time.
