Not worth it
App is ok. The company is terrible! Should be a crime how much they sell their merchandise. 3 - 4 times more expensive than if you buy from a store. I may be late but i always pay and now here close to paying off the merchandise they threaten to take MY property until i make my account current that is only 2 days late! Yes MY PROPERTY because i have spent 2x the original price. Enough to own 2 washers and dryers. When i have finally paid them off i am DONE with RAC!

I am generally pretty happy with my store .
Not really impressed with the Casper store as I went there and picked up my husband 65 inch Samsung Tv and my store in Riverton had been in touch with them. Regarding that I would be there and saving both stores the inconvenience of bringing the tv to Riverton and saving both of them the mileage and the time and cost of having an employee from being gone from the store and on road trip duty . Because I would be going there and I would be happy to help out by just going over to the Casper store and picking up the tv myself! I got to the Casper store and I was met with what made me feel like they were not even ready for me! The tv was not ready and packed for safe travel in fact it was still on the wall and they were not even sure which tv it was. They pointed out one tv and then changed their minds and then they said my tv was the one further down the wall making me feel unsure of what was really going on and I felt that the first tv was the best choice and then they realized that they wanted to get the 2nd choice out of the store first and it left me wondering if they gave me the store tv that they had used the most as a tv that they did displays with! So I watched the process of the two sales associates take it off the the wall and enquired about the box that it had come in and they said that as soon as they get the tv's they take them out of the boxes and throw the boxes away! I was quite perplexed about that! Infact I thought it was idiotic due to the fact that there are a lot of people who live in the country on dirt roads who would want the tvs in the box's that they come in so they can get them home safely without having them slamming around in their trucks! That's why they are packaged the way they are and for the staff to be so selfish as to throw away the styrofoam containers that are in the boxes that the tvs are boxes in is just asinine if you ask me?! Because they said it would make their storeroom look dumpy so they just get rid of them right off the bat and they throw the boxes away! I have a 4 door pick up with leather seats and I wasn't even interested in the corners of the tv being packed tight enough in the back seat to poke holes in my seats and not being secure enough that if a animal was to run in front of us on the way back to Riverton, and the brakes were slammed on in order to not have the animal in the front seat, then the tv would be slamming against my front seats! Thank goodness I had 3 boxes of frozen pork in front of the tv and it wedged the tv between the pork and the back seats and the Casper store donated 3 couch pillows for the back of the tv to put between my seats and the tv as a soft wedge and a couple of the fellas actually had thought enough ahead that they bubble wrapped my tv and the corners saving my seats and hopefully saving the tv if we were going to have to slam on the brakes to not hit any wildlife! But they let us leave the store without the power cord from tv to electric box and I watched the one fella actually take the screws out of my tv so that I could not attach it to a wall mount and I know that my tv come with those because the tv's instructions gave those particular screws lettered E and F and they were both missing I personally watched him unscrew them from my unit because they prefer unless a professional puts your tv on a wall mount they don't want them on a wall mount. Because people don't do it right and people wreck their screens and actually have tvs dropped on small children and kill little ones and no one wants to pay for a broken tv so they think if they take the screws out from the tvs it will fix allot of they're problems about people self hanging TVs 2 stars for the Casper store 4 for the Riverton store and 1 star for the person who tried to tell me I don't know how to read the tv installation instructions correctly and that I didn't watch the fella in Casper take the E and F screws out of my TVs back!

On the day we are supposed to pay, like first thing in the morning we are getting harassed, threathnig us to either PAY RIGHT TGEN, RETURN THE ITEMS OR THEIR TSKEING US TO FURTHER COLLECTIONS, AS if we owe a WHOLE bunch when honestly we HAVE NEVER EVEN BEEN OVER TWO WEEKS OLD, I MEAN WOW!!

I asked for fridge to be picked up and fixed and they said a company comes out and does that and I never heard anymore so I told them to come get it and cause my husband had been sick and not able to help me as much around the house when they came out and got fridge one of the guys called Dcs on us and we now are dealing with a bunch of drama would not recommend no one to rent off of your company cause u are not very nice to your customer

Just save your money and go to American Furniture Warehouse! I had a cousin pass away recently and forgot to make the payment and over spent my budget not their issue or problem. Treated me so badly as if I had stolen their furniture. Just terrible don't rent from them period. You will wish you didn't!
