Every time I want to use the app to adjust the hearing aids, the connection doesn't work. I have to restart the phone, big waste of time! I give up!

Audio issues bugs
So now the app isn't letting me listen to videos or audio. This randomly started happening the other night and bow I can't hearing videos or movies AT ALL. What happened? I've been using resound for years.

Difficult to pair aids. If you can do that and they stay connected the app is very convenient

The app keeps shutting down or freezing. It needs to be restarted frequently. Even uninstall and redownload, but even that doesn't help because it works normally one day and then it repeats again. Otherwise, it's a great help, especially outside, that sounds that disturb can be muted. But I seriously can't every now and then deal with that in the middle of a call that doesn't work. Try to do something about it. Thanks

Useful app, sound settings for left and right hearing aids separately. However, I miss the option to split the "sound enhancement" into L and P. I need to add treble to P, but it amplifies the treble to L as well, which is annoying. As for the compatibility of the phone: it also works on the Samsung A53 without any problems

I am a hearing aid newbie and am currently testing Nexia with level 5. Care with my hearing acoustician very good. Getting used to the devices is getting better and better. The possibilities with the app: hands-free calling, audio streaming, direct transmission of the TV audio signal would be a great added value for me, but it should work stably, which it doesn't do at all! Hope for the announced fix. Otherwise no purchase.

I have a Samsung S22+ which paired with my hearing aids until they no longer pair. Following all the procedures, at least 20 or more times, they will not connect. After multiple times of starting over, the aides are found, BUT, when asked to connect I repeatedly get "try again". And, so I can't control my aides. I have spoken with Resound tech and went through the same processes with him, even resetting my phone, which caused me to re-install features that impacted other apps on my phone.

Pair LiNX Quattro with MacBook??
LiNX quattro pair fine with iPhone, iPad - but not with new MacBook. Firmware is 1.20.1.1, up to date. Can't stream from new MacBook (Sonoma 14.4.1). Any hope of firmware upgrade? What is ReSound plan? Thanks
