Great Marketplace, But…
I love Reverb. It's absolutely the best at what it does, providing a marketplace for new and used (and everything in between) music gear. Yada yada yada. They had a section on the mobile app that was heavily important and useful for people like me who can't afford the newest or highest quality version of a guitar pedal, for example, and it was called “Great Value”. Suddenly after an update, that section is gone. If anyone from Reverb reads this, please bring that function back… it's ideal for a lot of us.

Still won't load my saved searches or anything. Constantly says there's an error. Also can't manage direct offers in the app. What's the point?

Do not sell your gear on this platform
Sellers beware! Reverb will take advantage of sellers any chance they get. And if you try and get answers from them through their customer service agents you'll get nowhere. They ignore questions you ask or entire emails all together. I've never experienced customer service this bad. I'm definitely taking my gear to GearExchange from now on. Sweetwater's customer service is second to none.

Good app
This is a pretty good app for searching for used gear. But, what happened to gear searches being organized by models and years? Now there is just a related searches bar. It was much easier before when searching for specific models from specific years. Bring that back!

I've been a member for 5 years. This app has become extremely buggy and if they do not fix it I'm just gonna start selling on eBay and delete reverb.

Can't sign in with Facebook
Created account in desktop using Facebook as sign in. Downloaded the app, but when I try to sign in with Facebook, it just says "internal server error". Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same issue. Disappointing.

Good alternative to eBay for electronic instruments
I find better quality gear on Reverb, sometimes at a better price than eBay. Service from sellers has always been excellent. The app itself is OK, some things could be improved, for example which synths it shows you, i dislike have to wade out loads of modular gear i have no interest in. Overall a welcome addition to the marketplace.
