No more sound notifications since the newest update? It only vibrates but no sound? I've checked all my settings and toggled on/off and still not working!!! My wife's who has the ring app on her phone through my account hasn't had sound notifications for the last 2 months? Might have to switch to different brand now

This app is awful, by the time it loads, whatever set off my motion is gone, not to mention that it sends the notification way after the person is at my door.

Latest update broke notifications. Now it's just uses my default text message sound and nothing I do will change it.

Was working great until 5/8/2024...now instead of ring doorbell sound notification I get messenger notification when someone at the door..so everytime I get messenger notification I think it's someone on messenger and instead it's someone at my door...what gives?...this started happening as of latest update...I'm soo confused..

I have always been able to receive password reset links to my email. I moved and revised my move and I receive all other ring emails EXCEPT the Password reset links. Add calls ring. They keep telling me to make sure my email addresses correct. Well yes it's correct i'm receiving all the other emails. I have to be able to reset my password what is going on????

It's hard to contact someone and to get hooked up with a plan and get my ring devices recording again. Why can't there be someone to talk to to help get a good plan set up right?
