Cannot add correctly
I have a 30 day rx for a medication. It was last filled on 3-29-24 and the date I'm told I can pick up the rx on 5-2-24 . Now, count the days: 3-29 to 3-31= 3 days 4-1 thru 4-30=30 days 5-1 to 5-2= 1 day. Total days: 3+30+1= 34 days. I have been without this important rx for FOUR 4 DAYS. Shame on you, horrible!

They have the notorious "Parameter specified as non-null is null" sdk error, app is useless they used garbage programmers.

You can not see any prescription that is sent over unless it's out of stock or to soon. You cannot see any pending scripts, any scripts that are on hold. My auto refill meds are on 32 days and there is no option to process the script at this time. I cannot see any script on HOLD!!!! TERRIBLE APP ALL THE WAY. Other pharmacy apps you can see everything.

This app could help so much, but the medications are never updated. If there's medication ready for pickup, 9/10 times it doesn't show on the app. Medications that are ready for refill show on the app as unavailable. It's very frustrating to not be able to use this app for it's primary purpose.

This pay online in app has seemed to have disappeared. It was handy. And sometimes I receive 90 day supply for maintenance meds and sometimes 30 day..rite aid has gone downhill. Suppose switching to mail order is in order.

Trash app won't let me select correct pharmacy have to call the store or doctor to get refills in the proper location. App is useless.
