No more
At first it was good a few years ago but now the gigs are not worth it. Its not even enough for gas! Some of the gigs I see is just ridiculous how far and how much you get paid. The instant pay is $1.99, which is the highest I've seen anywhere and it's not even instant you still have to wait to get that. If they don't start paying adequately this app will go down with the rest. Also chatting with a REP is ridiculous, if they don't know what to do they will disconnect the chat. That happened to me 3 times in a row. A waste of my time.

Complete Disrespect
This company hates its drivers. They stubbornly refuse to identify the source of your problem if you contact support. They put you in a “time out” for an indeterminate length of time without telling you. Not one complaint in over a thousand deliveries, but I can't get a single damned job for the last week. Garbage. “Your account is fine. It's the algorithm. “ Stuff your algorithm.

Lately the addresses have not been correct and it affects the delivery of the drivers but the rest is very good

I am not able to log in. I just got an email that I'm off the wait list, and I went to sign in but it is needing a verification code that is getting sent to a phone number I haven't had in over a year. I don't see any options for getting a hold of support or an option that I no longer have that phone number. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to get in.

The application is good for an extra, but I give it only two stars since they allow the use of bots for drivers, which leaves others without the possibility, the attention to the driver is a total disaster

I wish the map wouldn't snap back to my location jumping in and out the app. I cross reference google maps alot.

Received email after weeks that I'm off the waitlist and to register. After attempting to register, the face recognizing step did not work. Then after trying a different device the waiting list prompted and won't let me go further. I get an app notification saying I'm off of the wait-list, however when attempting to register im stuck at the waiting list landing page...
