Why great reviews?
There's little explanation of how much info the app needs to work (multiple account accesses). Signed up anyway with gmail and Amazon. Lots of duplicate “packages” listed. Lots of old deliveries listed. Store bought items were listed as upcoming deliveries. The actual UPS package I wanted to track never showed up even though there were several current emails from UPS. The UX doesn't highlight when packages are arriving today or tomorrow (only shown in small text). Wanted to delete my account. Of course the UX for that was to ask the support chat box how to do it. Crazy!

The apps literally never on time with deliveries. I got my package today for example and it says it will be here tomorrow. Sometimes it will take 2 days to even say delivered but I already got it. Totally unreliable

I HAVE LINKED MY APPLE ID TEN TIMES AND ITS STILL ASKING ME TO LINK IT. I CANT GET ANY UPDATES ON MY PACKAGE AND IT WONT PROVIDE ME A TRACKING NUMBER FOR UPS!!!!!!! IT WOULD BE A 0 STAR IF POSSIBLE DONT GET!!!!!!!

So focused on ads that functionality is ignored
I can sync with email, but then I end up with duplicate entries from Amazon. It doesn't even try to dedupe. I can sync with Amazon, but then every single line item shows me a visually intrusive “You may also like…” ad. I'd rather pay directly for an app that did what it was intended to. Alas, this is just more freemium App Store garbage.
