i booked a flight for 11:50am. Ryanair then rescheduled the flight to 16:40pm the same day. i asked for a refund , but ryanair told me a refund is only possible when the flight was rescheduled by 5h difference while my flight had only 4:50h difference. tworst service one could expect from an airline. they cost less, but they are worth even less !!!! lost my money!!!

This time it worked with check-in. LAST year 2023 I had to pay very dearly for it at the airport, although I showed a confirmation that no online check-in was possible..... (???)

The random seating threat is contrary to IATA rules. Family members should always be sat together where possible.

Terrible service at Bournemouth airport and I had to pay 160 pounds 💷 for not checking in online because of an error on the Ryanair website and I was served very badly by the operation of the company and I had to wait for my wife's seat 💺 seeing that my seat and my daughter's were 💺 already reserved.

It is impossible to verify the ID as the app has blurred focus and every time you try to photograph the document comes out blurry.
