I changed my phone. I was using the S7 Egede without any problems. Samsung s23 fe also gives an error, I have never been able to open the application, I cannot use my previous saved information.

This app keeps telling me I'm not doing enough activity even when watch is on charger and not on my wrist for long periods. So much for smart! Surely it should detect that it's not being worn and that is the reason for nilly activity. Come on Samsung, get your 'smart' act together.

They don't seem to care about user opinions and comments, too bad... *Update 10/5/2024* Please allow the user to more quickly, easily and completely delete the history of heart rate, blood oxygen and stress. The phone I had previously (Samsung S9) measures all this with the fingerprint reader but now I have the Samsung Galaxy A12 and it does not have this function to measure these indicators.

The heart rate tracking is a joke. I went running for 20 minutes and the workout tracker said I finished at 104 BPM, and overall capped out at 131 BPM. Yet when I pressed finish on my watch and checked the heart rate there, it said 154 BPM. And this is one of the rare occasions when it actually tracked my heart rate the entire time, usually it misses chunks of 4-5 minutes of tracking. This is on a galaxy 5 watch with the latest updates.

I used the heart rate part of the old version as a way on monitoring PEs as i have factor V Leiden disease. It was very accurate alongside carrying out other obs however , i would use it other a short period of time monitoring the heart rates irregularities and present them to my GP. However the heart rate bit suddenly disappeared. I then had no use for the app. But i do miss it. As i had used it for many of years for specific periods of time.

Since the update, I can't sleep properly, no matter what time I wake up, my wake-up time is 6:30
