Should have been easier finding my recent Purchase tickets.
SHOW PRICES WITH FEES SHOULD BE MANDATORY Fkin rip offs. Just buy sht seats and skim the seats they don't sell due to the trash prices

do NOT trust seat geek
I ordered a ticket for a concert from seat geek and I didn't realize that AFTER purchasing the ticket, there was a complicated process of actually getting the ticket - you have to wait for a third-party seller to (hopefully) transfer your ticket to your AXS account. on the day of the concert, i was trying to find my ticket from seat geek but it wasn't transferred to my AXS account, so i talked to the box office and they said there was no ticket that existed under my name nor the name of the person who supposedly transferred the ticket to me. so i had to purchase a resale ticket on ticket master for nearly 2x the price literally while in line for the concert. later, i got in touch with seat geek's customer service team to get a refund and they would only offer me a refund in the form of a “promo code” that i can use for future purchases on the site. why would i ever want to purchase from seat geek again? very frustrated

Refused to give refund on 200$ worth of tickets since the show was canceled by the Event venue. They say in the buyer guarantee that they will refund, but they can't even read a subject line to figure the issue. They will email about a totally separate issue and make you feel stupid. Customer service sucks and they charge about 100$ worth of "service fees".

Hard to Navigate
It is so hard to go into the app to get your tickets. It has taken me 2 hours to figure out what I need to do to pull up my tickets. I have followed the instructions which are not clear at all
