Updates location to US
I'm using my Canadian account for years in the app but recently it started showing US version and my address is empty. I didn't change any settings🤷🏻♀️

Product Break & Scam
I'm not satisfied with my purchase, it's a scam. I received my product and the 3/4 was empty plus it's super expensive why don't you fill it completely? In addition, I received one of my products half empty because it leaked into the box. I don't recommend.

Love ordering from app and will continue to do so However, we can't edit reviews, and under 'my reviews' it doesn't show the picture or link it as a verified purchase. 5/1/2024: shade finder doesn't work even after clearing cache

This exploitive company uses Child Slavery from my native country India for its Blood Mica. Its Ads are bomarded across my devices despite me having Blocked its Ads multiple time. This company is the embodiment of Evil if there was any!

Can’t add a gift card
I have been trying to place an order on the app but wasn't able to add a gift card to pay for my purchase. Did an online chat and was told there was a glitch in the system because of heavy order load. Tried again today and still doesn't have a way to add a gift card. Did another live chat and was told to try my computer. I did and it worked. Very disappointing that this isn't available on the app.
