This company is a joke. They hold your money and say it's under review. They sure take it from you immediately. Soon as I get my money I will no longer use this company. It's not right but no one will help you.

I wish I could give it negative 5 stars. Terrible customer service from India, hidden charges you can't do anything about , almost impossible to transfer money to other amounts once you have it here. Do not create an account .

Nightmare!
I can't get my tax refund because the app does nothing when I enter the numbers to activate a new card. Calling support line is an endless loop around to the recordings. If you can get a person to talk to, it's a heavily accented person in a faraway land who asks for all the most secure questions that put your ID in danger of being sold on the black market.

After filling out all of my personal ID information I was rejected. Now I have no idea where my personal info has gone. In whose hands my SSN is in. There is no option to delete account and your data. Also, no reason was given for rejection!
