App Issues
Why are there constantly app issues?! Today it made me log back in, however that was unsuccessful upon entering the stupid security code it sent to the email 6 times! Before that it wouldn't load, before that it wouldn't allow Apple Pay to go through. It could be a great app and was at inception, not sure what happened.

App is not verifying the code
you have added a security layer that made the app useless. I have been sent and entered security code many times and it always says there is something wrong with verifying the code. Please fix . Can not even login anymore

Rewards
Doesn't give count my fill ups to reach 5¢ extra a gallon when I “fill up 4 times within a 30-day period minimum 10 gallons” like the app says so boldly. The app doesn't work. waste of money purchasing at least 10 gallons every time just to not get credited…

Only real good thing about the app is turning on the pump from your phone. The rewards lie. It says $0.10 cents and you get 5. Every time I use it, it always shorts me. Not reliable. Don't expect the rewards to give you what it's telling you. Typical American way. Says one thing, then lies and does another. Don't trust the rewards. Bunch of liar's

Well since the forced update I can no longer access my account via app. The app will not let me log in anymore. Guess I will be buying my gas at Pioneer from now on. Only went to shell to use the in app purchase so I could get bonus pts. Now I cant use the app so I am done with Shell. Sick and tired of forced updates that ruin it all. And I am not spending hours on the phone trying to get someone to fix it. Should not have forced the update. I am sure I wont be the only customer angry
