Goodish but could be better
Overall the app is good for browsing things like paying off BNPL purchases easily but When you add items to your saved list,select to view the item in detail, then go back, it often returns to the top of the list & you have to scroll back down (really annoying if you have loads saved!!!) another issue is selecting click and collect stores. On large orders I sometimes have to go through this process multiple times. VERY annoying and time consuming. At most you should have to do it twice (if you have to collect from store and post office) Also, when you select a large department like home & garden, it give you loads of options but no option to view all. This puts off those of us that like to browse and thus potentially missed sales opportunities

I don't want to write a review but am very disappointed with delivery charge , I've been a very customer for many years and have only ever paid one standard price for delivery,now because my parcel has to be split into two parcels I now have to pay £8.99 double delivery charge ,this will definitely sway my opinion about shopping with very

I am so done with this company
You go to login and then they say they want you to login with your account number. That means you now have to go and search account number and find find it in Miller the night because I want you to login with your account number above than the email address that you've actually registered with and used for last months and months and months screw you very I'm gonna close my account or leave it Dormant and I'll just order off Amazon.

I'm not happy with the service I had to pay in full for the item I ordered because there is a mistake in human error or digital in the department. I am up set for the way I've been treated. My credit has been cancelled due to someone not doing their job properly, my dept will be paid off in full I am done with very your just lost a loyal customer 15 years .

Very app is one of the better catalogue apps that I've used. Easy to navigate, doesn't crash or struggle to load pages unlike other popular catalogue apps that fail to load once you've got to page 3.

You can't copy and paste your login/account details. When you sue 143bit passwords from your account manager it's a bit difficult to remeber that for this stupid thing lol. It's by design of this app and it's stupid.
